1. Independent Operations & Limited Drops
With Love Season operates as an independent streetwear brand and record imprint. Our garments, headwear, vinyl, physical CDs, and accessories are produced in limited, custom-run capsules.

Orders are officially confirmed only after payment has cleared and an order confirmation receipt is issued.

Fulfillment Window: Because our apparel drops and limited physical editions are handled independently in small batches, please allow up to 14 business days for standard handling and packaging prior to dispatch, unless stated otherwise on specific items.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-orders will ship on or around the timeline specified on that item's product page.

Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number is provided as soon as your package ships. With Love Season is not responsible for carrier transit delays, weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the postal courier to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
4. All Sales Final & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature and small-batch production runs of our apparel collections and physical audio releases, we do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please reference garment specs and size details before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement if inventory allows, or issue an appropriate store credit/solution.
